  When your redecorating, your excited to buy the paint and it is somewhat about the experience of that purchase, that final decision that represents your committed to the design. I have been to Urbaniks several times and had stopped going because of the atmosphere there. I had to go back some years later (last year) to pick paint out for the painters I hired. I was optimistic that perhaps things had changed, however, they did not. Sad faces, monotone voices, never asking "do you need assistance", and no enthusiasm about their jobs. They seem almost robotic. I write this because I know that in the near future I am going to need to go back there for a particular paint and I dread the experience, and just thought maybe if I expressed my concern, you would become aware of the problem and perhaps speak to the employees about the way this comes off to the customer. (I heard it is family owned so perhaps the family needs to speak to the problem). Not sure. Thanking you.
